How long is each class?
Most workshops run 2 to 3 hours. The Artisan Bread Weekend is a two-day intensive, with 4 hours each day.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we'll happily reschedule you to another class date.
