The Artisan Bread Weekend

Two full days of intensive bread baking. Start with a wild yeast starter and end with a crusty, open-crumb sourdough you'll be proud of.

Day One: Build your own wild yeast starter and learn fermentation fundamentals.

Day Two: Shape, score, and bake your sourdough with professional techniques.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself and comfortable clothes! We provide all ingredients, tools, and aprons. You'll take home everything you bake, plus a recipe packet.

Do I need previous baking experience?

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced home bakers. Our instructors tailor their guidance to each participant.

How long is each class?

Most workshops run 2 to 3 hours. The Artisan Bread Weekend is a two-day intensive, with 4 hours each day.

Can I book a private group class?

Absolutely! Private sessions are perfect for team building, birthdays, or a fun night out. Contact us to customize your experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we'll happily reschedule you to another class date.
